Relatively easy to set up, it disappoints in performance. During recent hot weather and despite using ice blocks, the bedroom was not noticeably cooler, even several hours after running it. I cannot speak for the heating as that hasn't been tested yet, but I have a feeling this device will be cast out soon for wasting space. It does have three fans speeds and in low mode the noise is tolerable unless you are a very light sleeper. The water supply also lasts a long time depending on what mode you choose 8hrs + if filled to maximum level, but not much consolation if it fails to chill the room...
